ASTARA Consultancy: The Mind Clinic is an international psychological consultancy, mental health education, and training provider with an established presence in Singapore and Malaysia.

 

ASTARA delivers evidence-informed psychological programmes, behavioural consultancy, and mental health training designed to support individuals, families, educational institutions, and organisations across diverse settings. Our approach integrates applied psychology, behavioural science, and culturally adaptable frameworks to promote sustainable mental wellbeing and performance.

 

Founded by Dr Shobna G.S, a Clinical Psychology Educator and Psychological Consultant, ASTARA is built upon extensive experience across clinical, educational, and community-based mental health settings in Singapore. Bridging Minds with Dr. GS

 

Under ASTARA Consultancy, Bridging Minds with Dr GS is a signature series of mental health, life skills, and behavioural development programmes designed for individuals, families, youth, small groups, and corporate organisations.

Selected programmes are HRDF claimable in Malaysia, with training modules that can be tailored to meet organisational, institutional, and cross-border requirements.
