ASTARA Consultancy: The Mind Clinic is an international psychological consultancy, mental health education, and training provider with an established presence in Singapore and Malaysia.

 

ASTARA delivers evidence-informed psychological programmes, behavioural consultancy, and mental health training designed to support individuals, families, educational institutions, and organisations across diverse settings. Our approach integrates applied psychology, behavioural science, and culturally adaptable frameworks to promote sustainable mental wellbeing and performance.

 

Founded by Dr Shobna G.S, a Clinical Psychology Educator and Psychological Consultant, ASTARA is built upon extensive experience across clinical, educational, and community-based mental health settings in Singapore. Her work incorporates clinical-informed and forensic-informed perspectives, supporting both individual development and organisational mental health strategies.
